Organizational Culture Map Development
This practical workshop is designed for organizations seeking to understand, strengthen, and intentionally shape their company culture. Using the Culture Design Canvas tool, participants analyze the current culture and develop a culture map that serves as a guiding framework for operations, communication, and decision-making. The final outcome is a clear, shared culture map and concrete agreements on next steps. The organization gains not only valuable insights but also a practical and actionable implementation plan.
Culture Design Canvas – A Tool for Structuring Organizational Culture
The Culture Design Canvas is a structured framework that helps organizations define their desired culture and create a concrete action plan to intentionally shape behaviors and systematically build the intended organizational culture.
Through this process, organizations clearly define:
● Organizational purpose and mission
● Strategic priorities, values, and behavioral norms
● Rituals and principles for fostering psychological safety
● Operational agreements and working principles
● Factors that strengthen or weaken the organizational culture
From Preparation to Implementation
Preparation Session
An initial meeting with the client is conducted to discuss organizational objectives, expectations, and context. The number of participants, workshop duration, and working format are agreed upon. Participants receive preparatory assignments to ensure meaningful and effective engagement.
Practical Workshop
Through structured exercises and group work, participants analyze the existing culture, define the desired direction, and identify key gaps between the current and target culture. Core cultural elements are defined and consolidated into a single culture map, accompanied by a concrete culture development action plan.
Follow-Up and Support
Following the workshop, the organization receives both short-term and long-term recommendations to ensure consistent implementation of the agreed changes. If required, continued consultation and a follow-up culture review session after 1–2 years can be provided.
